Even though you might think since I'm a kid, I don't get active. And if you think that's true, well you are WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!! I love to run on the beach, play sports like soccer, softball, and bochie. I also like to get active by dancing. Obviously when no one is around! This actually works if you want to lose weight or get more active than you were before. Please keep reading for more information.

My wonderful exercise tips that really work 

What I do when I'm really bored is usually watch TV. And if not TV I am playing on the computer. But then I discovered something that was fun and came with losing some calories. It was...DANCING. I realized I could dance to songs and make up some stuff too. It was way cool, plus I was finally getting up and playing. So you can try an exercise like that. Here are the steps to this easy process.
 
1. Choose your favorite CD with tons of songs you like
2. Make room for yourself if you need to
3. And start jumping out!!!!
 
WHAT YOU NEED
 
1. Wear something thin layered. You will start sweating.
2. Always have water near you
3. I would suggest a healthy snack like fruit or veggies before and/or after
4. Now your ready to rock & roll

If you do try these tricks but feel you could change your diet, then you've come to the right place! 
 

    

 

For snacks I would recommend apples, carrots, celery, grapes, and blueberries.

If you are thinking of a meal, then I would say a veggie stir-fry. If you don't know how to make it, there are many cookbooks with it!

And for dessert I would say, frozen grapes and frozen blueberries!
And remember, you can still eat potato chips or something like that, but just not 24/7 or alot. Every once in a while is the way to go!
